Shipping policy

Shipping:

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Most orders are shipped USPS first class mail when under one pound in weight. Orders above 1 pounds in weight may be shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx.

Returns (For Online purchases online - does not apply to store purchases)

New in Box LEGO Sets can be returned for a full refund (not including shipping charges) within 30 days if still in unopened condition.

All other merchandise is sold "as is" and cannot be returned. If you have specific questions about items on our website, please email us or give us a call before placing an order.

Refunds (if applicable) 
New in Box LEGO sets. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

A 15% restocking fee will apply.


Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
